TERMS OF SALE: No returns are accepted without pre-approved authorization. Merchandise will not be accepted for return after 30 days. The merchandise must be in original packaging, unopened and shipped prepaid. Special order items are not returnable. A 20% restocking fee may apply to all returns. Our liability is limited to the manufacturer's warranty in regards to defective goods. Replacement of defective goods is our only obligation. Please note this merchandise shall remain our property until fully paid. Any product deemed defective by its manufacturer shall be replaced. The TapeHouse assumes no responsibility for any loss of damage arising from the use of any product.
